COREOGRAPHER
Mandi Ripple is a 1999 graduate of Gallatin High School, who has spent much of her life in and around the area working
with children.
Mandi married her high school sweet heart over 22 years ago and upon learning they were unable to have biological
children they became foster parents for the state of Missouri and have been foster parents to many children over the
years. Through this journey they were blessed with their beautiful, adopted daughter Nevaeh, when she was just an
infant.
Nevaeh began dancing on her 2 nd birthday and has been dancing ever since, first with Stage Crew Performing Arts Center
in Gallatin MO and then with Midwest Dance Synergy in Trenton MO in both recreational and competitive programs.
Mandi has always been an involved Dance Mom and Aunt participating actively in helping grow and expand the studios.
She has served as both president of the fundraising committee, and the parent pep squad. Competed in 2 different
National Dance Competitions Parent Dance Off’s (placing 2 nd one year and 1 st the next) and at one time worked as the
Gallatin Youth Cheer Coach for 3 years.
Her years of being a Cheerleader and Cheer coach give her an eye for precision and ability to execute clean and well-
rehearsed Choreography.
In 2018, 2019 and spring 2020 Mandi was given the opportunity to instruct many classes with Midwest Dance Synergy in
Trenton MO where she gained experience in class structure and dance curriculum for young dancers. She was able to
work with both the recreational and competitive dancers and help to organize and direct many of the shows they put
together. During this time Mandi was able to choreograph quite a few routines both for recital and competition.
Fall 2020 to Spring 2021 Mandi spent working with Grant and Mariah Demke to build Elite Arts Dance Academy, she
coached and organized the entire Competition season taking EADA to two Competitions and Directing the Spring Recital.
In the middle of the 2021-2022 dance season Miss Mandi broke two vertebrae in her back & was forced to take a step
back. She has still been very much a part of Competition planning, prep and sitting in as adult supervision with our
Student Teachers while she recovers.
