Meet MANDI

COMPETITIVE TEAM MANAGER.

INSTRUCTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER.

Mandi Ripple is an Alumni at Gallatin High School, where she participated in the Cheer Program for many years and then later was the youth cheer coach for 3 years. 

Mandi has been married to her high school sweetheart Jeremy for over 25 years. 

They have 4 children, Bryndin (in Heaven)

Khristiy, Jacob & Nevaeh.

Mandi has worked at the local daycare for over 15 years and has a lot of experience working with young children. 

When Nevaeh started dancing, Mandi became a big part of her dance journey, first as a dance mom, then later helping to choreograph, organize and lead events. 

Mandi began taking adult dance lessons and helping to teach the pre-school age dancers at Midwest Dance Synergy in Trenton MO for many years.

In 2020 after the closure of MDS she helped pioneer Elite Arts Dance Academy and is still a big part of EADA today. 

Mandi is currently an Instructor/Choreographer for our younger competitive dancers and is The Competitive Team Manager.
