STUDIO MANAGER/COMPETITION DIRECTOR
INSTRUCTOR/COREOGRAPHER
Kara began dancing at age of 10 under the direction of Lindi Denning. During her time at the studio, she learned styles like Pointe, Tumbling and everything in between. All though she loves a little bit of each style, her favorites to teach and physically do are Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary. Throughout Miss Kara's journey dancing competitively, she has gotten to not only dance in a ProAm setting but also won many rewards and scholarships along the way working with amazing choreographers. One of the many bright sides to growing up in a small studio is that she got to take her passion of dance and turn it into a job quickly. Miss Kara started to help teach at age 17 and has been doing it for the past 12 years, though taking a short break after having children. she is currently married and has three beautiful children.
Throughout her teaching career her passion for dance has grown exponentially. Under Kara's direction, many students and competitive dance routines have been awarded scholarships and placed 1st overall for not only their technique but also their unique choreography. Though placing 1st overall feels amazing, her main goal is to make sure every student feels special and finds their perfect place in a dance studio.
